School Fees

School fees for 2012 have been set at R17 400.00. Statements are sent out once only, at the beginning of the year.

There are three methods of payment:

Option l: One payment of R16 550.00 (by 29th February)
Option 2: 4 x Payments R 4 350.00 (within 1st week of each term)
Option 3: 10 payments of R1 740.00 (end Jan to end Oct)

Other fees are as follows (2012):

APPLICATION FEE: R50.00
NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: R400.00
INSURANCE: R100.00 (compulsory and per child, payable with your first payment)
ASSOCIATION FEE: R3.00 (For new families joining St. Elizabeth’s for the first time, payable with your first payment)
School Bag: R70.00
Cooler Bag: R60.00 (After Care only)
Hat: R60.00

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SCHOOL FEE PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID BY CHEQUE, OR PREFERABLY DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE SCHOOL’S BANK ACCOUNT AS WE DO NOT HOLD LARGE AMOUNTS OF CASH ON THE PREMISES. BANK DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

PLEASE USE YOUR CHILD’S NAME AS THE REFERENCE

AS A RULE, ANY PAYMENTS MADE TO THE SCHOOL MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON IT, THE AMOUNT, AND WHAT THE PAYMENT IS FOR.  IF CASH PLEASE GIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT AS NO CHANGE IS AVAILABLE.  YOUR CO-OPERATION IN THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  (This applies to small payments which may be due from time to time, e.g.  library levy , baker-baker).
